Clinic #4B Using Cycling Power Meters
for Triathlon

Advanced:An
introduction to cycling power meters and how they can help
take your triathlon performance to the next level. A brief
discussion on available systems, how to best use during
training and racing, as well as suggestions on how to get
started.

Clinic #7 The Swim, Bike, and Run
$1o for non-USAT members
8-10am
Not sure what you need to do in a
triathlon. How to set up your transition and which way
to run out. Get a complete review of the course and TA
layout from the beginning in hour one. Hour two will
be a focus on the formula one triathlon. Get a brief
history and a focus on race strategy, pacing, positioning,
and nutrition.
